Just to give you a little preview of what you might see at this (free) museum, here are a few photos I took a few years ago during a visit to NAS:

Lifesize sculpture entitled "The Spirit of Naval Aviation" is the first thing you see upon entering:



There are vintage and current planes and helicopters to see "up close and personal":

...And there is much, much more to see, enjoy and appreciate!! It will make a genuine patriot of the most cynical soul!
