Here it is !

Mr. T's Steak Swab ( 30 minutes to steak heaven )

2 1/2 TBS Brown Sugar
1 TBS White Sugar
1 TBLS Ground Ginger
1 Clove Fresh Garlic
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1 TBLS Balsamic Vinegar
I marinade my 1 1/2" -2" thick steaks in this for at least thirty minutes( up to overnite), I grill on a hot charcoal grill about 6 minutes per side for medium rare, I turn my steaks about a quarter turn after about 3 minutes if I want the checked grill marks on my steak. I 've actually had folks stop and ask what it is that I'm cooking................The smell is insanely delicious, the taste is even better.

Your Turn to share your Navarre Beach recipe.

Top that cobbler with a generous dollop of good ol' BLUEBELL HOMEMADE VANILLA ICE CREAM and you've got it made in the shade! 8)
