Re: MermaidMansions.com

Hey PK
Thanks for the shout out. FYI, the beach did just fine for subtropical Alberto. I have an anemometer and the highest wind I measured was a 30 MPH gust on Saturday. We didn't have much rain at all. Hope you enjoy your trip.

I-10 to 87 south will be the best route. Avoid going through Gulf Breeze and 98.

Re: So what's the difference in the waters?

There has been a fairly strong SW wind the last several days and what you see is the result of that. But as you know it will clear up shortly.

Or maybe "Tell Me Lies" by Fleetwood Mac... either one.

Clinton's theme song should be titled "The Fix Is On" sung to the tune of "The Heat Is On" by the late Glen Frey. Look up the lyrics and substitute.

PK, will be in NB the first two weeks of July. BTW, just read a story in the Navarre Press that the Days Inn recently was the recipient of a national award of excellence. Go figure.

Very familiar with that location, and not too thrilled about that news. I hope the infrastructure will be able to keep up with this "growth". Lots of change happening to NB.

The article also mentions a 110-home residential beach development to begin in November.

Re: SpringHill Suites coming to Navarre Beach

Its the property where they imploded the old Beach Condominiums building. The footprint for that property seems small for a project of that size. There is still (or was as of last month) a small piece of the old Barracudas sign in the front. Now all is needed is for that 21 acres across from the cur...

Re: SpringHill Suites coming to Navarre Beach

I saw that Santa Rosa News is reporting that a 17 story hotel is being planned for the property next to The Carribian Resort. They are saying that it may be a Hilton and that certain paperwork was being applied for to start the process. Anyone have any information to corroborate this?
