Staci! I can't believe you've never been to a "real" beach! OMG you will love it! I've been to quite a few beaches, not NB yet, but I would love to live near one!

P Kid--Juana's sounds like my kind of place! Big glass of wine, boiled shrimp, and sunsets! We'll definitely be there, more than once!

Staci, I can't wait to meet you and the rest of your family! FYI, all others, Staci's sister is marrying my nephew! Stacy and I "cyber-met" on this forum! Small world!!

WooHoo! 13 days and counting! Staying for a whole week!!!! :D

Probably should start a thread specifically on Juana's!!

Beachy, on one hand, it is kind of a shame that there is no competition to or with Juana's (competition makes one better). However, on the other, not sure it could get any better and it is such a wonderful and memory making place. I hope to one day be that competition, although they have set the standard, that is for sure! I love the place and could probably be there every night I am in Navarre. I do have some ideas though that they are not doing and some things that they are doing that I feel I could improve upon. Who knows, it is way off and only time will tell. Anyway, you will see what I and others have been talking about!!

conditions have changed daily thruout this whole situation, and there is no way to predict when, where, or how bad the impacts will be. people should come down with their eyes open.

it is a shame, for sure, to experience this.

Hi Staci,

I'm in Irving.

Been going to Navarre Beach with my folks for more years than I care to tell. The folks are gone now, but I continue to go as much as I can/afford. For the past 4 years I've been bringing my grandchildren down with me for a week. This year only adults.......yea! One son has never been there and the other only once. Hubby will stay home and babysit..........2 American Eskimos.

Have a great time on "da beach".

stacywright - a thread on new things to do would be great. We will be in Navarre next week and we are looking for other things to see and do.
