As of 7/31 all Florida waters are now open to harvesting of fish. Florida waters extend to 9 miles from shore. This means that extensive testing of all species show no signs of oil or dispersants.

This shouild relieve the fear that many seem to have of entering the water on our local beaches. Not only have the water tests shown no contaminents but the fish, that may have swam in from many miles out, show none as well.

Come visit our little piece of heaven without fear.

To add to the above, most of the Alabama waters are in final stages of testing (fish and water) and are expected to open in days after being closed to fish harvest for quite a while.

Miss. and La. are looking at opening some more waters as well.

Again, taking the fear away of swimming our Navarre waters.
