My wife .and I have been 20 year loyal customers to Dale Peterson Vacations. Earlier this year, we booked a condo in Navarre Towers for a September trip. We were bringing a group of friends with us who also booked condos through DEP at Navarre Towers. One couple is doing their 25th anniversary wedding vows on the beach while we are there.
Got a call from DEP representative last night and they are cancelling us, b/c the owners now need or want the condo that week. They tried to move us to Summerwind, but everyone else in the party will be in NT.

So very unhappy with DEP!
Lost this customer (in more ways than they know).
Will now book through VRBO

Sounds bad to me... We have to play second fiddle to renters via Century 21, they always rent first and we only get a pick of dates if they are free.
